Gillian Brown, founder of Mystical Tours gives special tours of some of the most significant sacred sites of southern Britain, which includes visits to Avebury, Stonehenge (where you'll have special access inside the circle), West Kennet long barrow, Silbury Hill, Tintagel, St. Michael’s Mount, Men-a-Tol, Uffington Horse, Aqua Sulis, and Glastonbury Tor.

She was born and raised in the British Isles, and studied British History and Archaeology at the University of Leicester, England. She has an M.A. in Women’s Spirituality from New College of California, and has been a teacher for over 20 years. Study of the ancient sacred sites of the British Isles has long been her passion.She is author of the book “Ancient Circle.”

During our 2007 West Coast Gathering of Reformed Druids & Friends, she taught a fascinating workshop on "How to Build a Labyrinth" - and we proceeded to build a 7-circuit labyrinth made up of fallen redwood twigs and small branches. We learned all about the history of labyrinth-building and she taught us that we can build them both indoors and outdoors, and about the many and varied materials we can use. It was one of the high points of the weekend, and many of us had mystical experiences as we walked the labyrinthine path...
